Who handles your inquiry

Onepackt Machinery is the website name used by ONEPACKT, the export brand of Shanghai Wanzhuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

Website inquiry form

When the online form is enabled, it collects your name, company, work email, country or region, application industry, project type, product and packaging requirements, privacy consent and limited source information that is already present when you contact us.

Source information may include the Onepackt page used to start the inquiry, the referring domain and campaign parameters present in the page URL. Onepackt does not use cookies or browser storage for this inquiry attribution.

The form information is sent through Resend to Yama Yang and copied to an internal company mailbox. We use the source information only to understand where an inquiry originated and to respond to the project. We do not use this form for automatic quotations, automated marketing, behavioral profiling, a customer database or CRM enrollment.

WhatsApp and email inquiries

If you choose a WhatsApp or email link, the website opens that service with an editable project-information prompt, including the source page and any available campaign name. Your message is sent only after you review and send it. Starting an inquiry does not enroll you in bulk marketing messages.

Retention and contact

Inquiry messages and related project records are retained only as needed for project correspondence and business records. Files such as drawings, photos and videos may be linked to the relevant controlled project folder. To ask about your inquiry information, email yama.yang@onepackt.com.
