Machinery Application-led packaging

Material & packaging review

Liquid products

Choose a dosing principle around your liquid before selecting bottle handling, closing and labeling equipment.

Discuss your application →

Product behavior

Choose the principle before the configuration.

  1. 01

Review viscosity, particles, foaming, product temperature and chemical properties. Product-contact compatibility, hygiene and any special safety requirements must be defined for the application.

  2. 02

Piston metering controls the dose; fixed-station or tracking movement describes how the filling head works with the container.

  3. 03

Confirm fill volume, cleaning requirements and the actual bottle, closure and label samples.

Equipment routes

Platforms to discuss with your samples.

These routes describe the operating approach. Final suitability, output and interfaces depend on the actual product and packaging review.

YGZ-HDZ Series

Tracking piston filling

A piston-metering platform with independent tracking motion. Review the product and container before choosing the configuration.

YGZ-HD100 Series

Fixed-station piston filling

In-line servo piston filling, formerly YGZ-H100, for application-specific bottle and liquid handling.

YGZ-HZZ Series

Tracking piston filling

An 8-, 10- or 12-head servo piston platform with tracking filling motion. Confirm product behavior and containers before selection.

Pack format & downstream scope

Review Bottle, Bag or Box&Carton packaging.

Bottles and pouches define the primary pack. Carton and case handling is planned around the completed pack and downstream requirements.

Bottle

Review bottle feed, dosing, closure and labeling together. Jar formats are reviewed within this container route using their opening, height, lid and transfer samples.

Choose a dosing principle around your liquid before selecting bottle handling, closing and labeling equipment.

  • Product sample, viscosity, particles and filling temperature
  • Fill volume and required output
  • Container, closure and label samples
  • Cleaning, utilities and available floor space

Bag

Confirm pouch construction, opening or forming, dosing interface and seal requirements. A bottle-line configuration does not define a pouch line.

Review the liquid dose and the pouch opening, support and sealing sequence together. Product behavior and the pouch specification determine the interface.

  • Product viscosity, particles, temperature and dose
  • Pouch construction, opening or forming and product support
  • Seal-area cleanliness, closing requirements and agreed sample tests

Box&Carton

Plan cartons and shipping cases around completed primary packs. Confirm carton/case style, loading pattern, transfer and closing method.

Start with the completed bottle, pouch or other primary pack. Review carton opening, product loading and closing, or grouped case loading and case sealing, as the downstream scope.

  • Completed primary packs for liquid products: dimensions, weight, orientation and handling limits
  • Retail-carton or shipping-case style, loading pattern and closing method
  • Upstream discharge, accumulation, transfer and required downstream output
